Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which registrations for group walk services offered by Plantrenewvita may be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.

Single Walk Pass

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund or transfer to another available walk date within the same calendar month.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time transfer to another walk date.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Season Pass

Season pass cancellations within 14 days of purchase and before attending any walk are eligible for a full refund.

After the first walk has been attended, season passes are non-refundable. Unused walks may be transferred to another registered participant with prior written notice.

Private Group Booking

Private group bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled date receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.

Cancellations made 3 to 7 days before the scheduled date receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund.

Weather-Related Cancellations

When a walk is cancelled by Plantrenewvita due to adverse weather conditions, participants may choose between a full refund or automatic transfer to the next available date for the same route.

Weather cancellations are determined by our safety manifesto criteria and communicated via email when possible.

How to Request a Cancellation

Send a cancellation request to contactus@plantrenewvita.world with your full name, registration type, and scheduled walk date. Requests are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at registration. Processing times depend on your payment provider and typically take 5 to 10 business days.

Transfers

Registration transfers to another person require notification at least 24 hours before departure. The substitute participant must meet the same age and physical capability requirements.
